Does this sound familiar? You wake up feeling rushed, scrolling your phone before you’re even out of bed. The day feels like a blur of tasks, and by the time your head hits the pillow, you’re already exhausted and dreading the next morning.
Does this sound like the version of your Higher Self that you envisioned during the last part of our 6 Weeks to Ignite Your Glow Series? (If you missed it, go HERE to read it.)
Imagine waking up feeling calm, centered, and ready to take on the world. Picture winding down at night with a sense of peace, accomplishment, and alignment with your Higher Self. How different would your life feel if you started and ended each day this way?
Let’s make it happen.
Here’s a quick exercise to get started:
✨ How do you currently start and end your day? Do you check in with yourself emotionally and physically? Do you give yourself time to set your intentions and reflect?
✨ Now, envision your higher self. How does SHE start and end her day? What feelings does she cultivate? What small routines or practices create those feelings for her?
✨ Finally, what’s one thing you can shift tomorrow morning or evening to bring your reality closer to hers?
As Abraham Hicks says: “Your highest priority should be to feel good.”
This means actively choosing thoughts and actions that create a positive emotional state within yourself. Feeling good isn’t just nice—it’s the foundation for becoming your best, most glowing self.
Remember, even small, intentional changes to your routines can have a profound impact. Start with one—whether it’s journaling, a few minutes of stretching, or setting an inspiring intention for your day.
I’d love to know: What’s one thing you can do today to align your routines with your higher self? Comment and share your thoughts—I’m here to cheer you on!
P.S. Scatter-brained sometimes is my middle name. But these days it’s WAY less and less, because of THIS.
