I’ve been there too—feeling like my body was something to hide, burdened by endless “shoulds” and comparisons. I used to feel self-conscious at social gatherings, at church, or even at the pool, endlessly critiquing myself for not measuring up.

It takes time. It’s not an overnight or a 60 minute fix. At least, not in my experience. In this workshop, I lay out the foundations for your body-love journey, walk you through exercises, and give you tools to assist you in this.
