The last few weeks have been filled with preparing for the “She Comes First” retreat (want to know more about our next one?! go HERE) creating the space, setting the tone, making sure every detail honored the women who chose to be part of it.
Somewhere in the middle of all that planning, something unexpected happened.
I hadn’t intended to create a freebie. Truthfully, I’m not the type to whip up a PDF just for the sake of saying I have one. But this wasn’t a marketing moment. It was personal, it was honest, and it was needed.
Lingerie and I have had a complicated relationship. For a long time, it carried shame. There were old stories stitched into it… old wounds, old partners, old beliefs that left me thinking my sensuality only mattered through someone else’s eyes.
It wasn’t just the shame, though. There was also the quiet, heavy weight—the ache—of all the things I believed lingerie meant.
- If I wore it, I must be putting on a show.
- I was supposed to be ultra sexy.
- I was doing it for someone else.
- It came with expectation—unspoken but ever-present.
And buried underneath that? The stigma I never questioned.
The one that said only those kinds of women wore lingerie.
Strippers. Sluts. Women who didn’t respect themselves.
The girls we were warned about and secretly envied their gumption.
It took time—real, gritty, gentle time—to peel those stories away.
To let lingerie become something else entirely.
Something sacred.
A quiet moment between me, my body, and the part of me that remembers I was never meant to perform.
Only to belong to myself.
When I sat down to create what became the Sacred Lingerie Date Guide, it poured out of me in minutes. It wasn’t planned. It wasn’t polished. It was pure. The kind of thing that feels whispered from the divine.
I sent it to my co-hosts for the retreat, not really knowing what would come of it. One of them, someone who, by any standard—media’s or otherwise—is gorgeous, progressive, embodied… admitted she had never worn lingerie.
She read the guide. She followed it, word for word. She gathered a few friends, made a night of it, and the entire experience turned out to be life-changing for her.
It wasn’t really about the lingerie. It never is. It was about stepping into her sensuality without shame. About letting her body be seen, by herself, without conditions or comparison.
Seeing her lit up like that reminded me of how powerful these moments can be. And how often we go without them.
Within twenty minutes, I knew this needed to become something more than a guide. It needed to be a lived, breathing experience. Sacred circle. Soul coaching. Real conversations.
And yes… personal shopping for lingerie that holds you, supports you, but doesn’t define you.
The VIP Day was born from that moment of clarity.
The lace was the backdrop. The real work—the part that actually matters—was soul styling.
We unpacked the narratives—the painful ones that have dictated our worth and stolen our joy. We rewrote them together.
By the end, every single woman in that space glowed differently. There was softness, hope, possibility… a quiet rebellion blooming in each of us.
And the beautiful part? You don’t have to be there in person to experience your own version of that reclamation!
The Sacred Lingerie Date Guide is where it starts. It’s not just about trying things on—it’s about choosing yourself. Your power. Your pleasure. Your body.
You can download it here, no cost, no strings. Just the sacred reminder that you deserve to feel beautiful, wanted, and whole—by your own definition.
And if you know you’re ready to take this reclamation even deeper… to clear the old stories from your closet, reconnect to your body, and finally build a style that feels like you… my Style Edit Session is where we do that together.
